oh how I miss the C-Webb, Bibby, Christie, Divac, and Peja days! But oh well..the past is the past...out with the old and in with the new. Kings first home game tonight! I hope they do well. And hopefully they will become entertaining to watch again...

The value of friendships

You could live a hundred years and at the end you could still count your true friends on the fingers of one hand. When you get a true friend hang on to them. Their friendship is the most valuable thing you will ever have.

Kids' Birthday Party

This past weekend, I threw Jonah and Jordan's birthday party. Their birthdays are two weeks apart, so I was like..ok DEFINITELY ONE PARTY!!!! My sister and I have birthdays a month apart, and we grew up having our birthdays combined...and it was fun! And I have no complaints...so hopefully Jonah and Jordan will also enjoy their parties. We had a halloween themed party...the kids were dressed up as well as some of the adults. I dressed up as a softball player. Totally took me back to my softball years in middle school. =)

This time around, I wasn't as stressed as I normally was. It helped that I shopped early for the kids' costumes, and the Halloween decor. It also helped that my sister was in charge of games and crafts!

Glad it's over...I'm TIRED!!!! my house was immaculate the day of the party...of course, its back to "normal" cluttered with Jonah and Jordan's old toys...not to mention the hundreds of new ones they got! Our house is their playhouse...I swear!!!
